On Your Marks, Get Set, Go! Team Contact Is Back for 2027
That’s right, the Great Manchester Run is back for 2027, and we’re looking for runners to join Team Contact!
After our fantastic 2026 team raised over £5,000 to support the young women and girls at Contact Hostel, we couldn’t wait to do it all over again. Now, we’re on the lookout for more brilliant people to take on a challenge and help make a real difference.
Whether you’re a regular runner or fancy giving something new a go, there’s a place for you on our team! We have limited spaces available in both the 10K and half marathon, we’d love to have you with us!
By joining Team Contact, you’ll be helping us provide a safe home and support for young women and girls facing homelessness and difficult circumstances in Manchester. Every pound raised will help us continue our work, making all those training miles count for something beyond the finish line.
Ready to run for Contact? We ask each runner to raise at least £200 in sponsorship in the lead-up to the event.
