We Did It! Thank You for Helping Us Exceed Our Big Give Target
We are thrilled to share that, thanks to the incredible generosity of our supporters, Contact’s Big Give Small Charity Week campaign was a massive success.
By the morning of Thursday 25th June, we had already reached the £10,000 match funding target. With donations continuing throughout the week, we finished the campaign having raised an incredible £10,765.
To everyone who donated, shared our campaign or encouraged family, friends and colleagues to support us, thank you. Every contribution helped us reach this fantastic result.
As well as reaching our target, we raised over £600 more than last year’s campaign, making this our most successful Big Give to date. We don’t receive the details of every donor, so although we can’t thank everyone individually, we want you to know how much your support means to us. Every donation played a part in this achievement.
The money raised will help us continue supporting homeless teenage girls and young women by offering a safe place to live, practical support and opportunities to move forward with confidence. Every donation will make a real difference to the young women who call Contact home, and we are incredibly thankful to everyone who helped make this possible.
Finally, we would like to extend our sincere thanks to Big Give, Global’s Make Some Noise and the National Council for Voluntary Organisations (NCVO) for making this campaign possible through match funding.
