We are delighted to announce that Contact has once again been selected to take part in the Big Give Small Charity Week campaign.
From 22nd to 29th June, every donation made to Contact through the Big Give Campaign website will be doubled through match funding, helping us reach our fundraising target of £5,000. With your support, this means we could raise more than £10,000 to continue our work with homeless teenage girls and young women across Manchester.
Being chosen to participate in the Big Give is a fantastic opportunity for Contact and the young women we support. For one week only, every pound donated will have twice the impact, helping us provide safe accommodation and opportunities for young women to build brighter futures.
At Contact, we provide a safe and supportive home for teenage girls and young women experiencing homelessness. Many of the young people we support have faced significant challenges and uncertainty before arriving with us. Our role is to provide not only a place to stay, but the stability and guidance they need to move forward with confidence.
We support our residents to access education, employment and training opportunities, while also helping them develop essential life skills and emotional resilience. Just as importantly, we believe every young woman deserves the chance to enjoy positive experiences and create happy memories, whether that’s celebrating a birthday, achieving a personal goal or simply feeling safe and supported.
Every donation made during Big Give Small Charity Week will help us continue providing this vital support. A gift of £10 becomes £20, £25 becomes £50, and every contribution brings us one step closer to ensuring more young women have the opportunity to break the cycle of homelessness.
