How to apply for a place
All referrals to Contact are made through a central gateway.
To request a referral you must contact Manchester City Council Housing Solutions on 0161 234 4692 for assessment.
If you find yourself in crisis we have a 24 hour telephone number for emergency advice:

If you are a young person between the age of 16 and 25 and homeless or at risk of becoming homeless, you need to make contact with Manchester City Council Housing Solutions.
Contact does not accept referrals other than through this method. You must call MCC Housing Solutions on 0161 234 4692 for assessment.
Contact only accepts referrals from young people who have recourse to public funds.
Once we have received your completed application you will be asked to attend an interview at Contact.
